Yes! Most of our plants are low-maintenance and perfect for beginners. Each order includes simple care instructions to help your plant thrive.

Most of our plants love bright light and minimal watering. Water only when the soil is completely dry. You’ll receive care tips with your order, and you can also check out our Plant Care Guide for more advice.

We do! Our accessories include pots, soil mixes, watering tools, and care kits, everything you need to keep your plants happy and healthy.

We currently deliver only within New Zealand. Orders are shipped Monday to Wednesday to ensure your plants and accessories arrive fresh and on time. If you have special delivery requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Yes! We offer local pickup from our Sandringham location. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.

We care about sustainability. Most of our outer packaging consists of reused boxes to reduce waste. For smaller items like candles and accessories, we use eco-friendly packaging that’s kind to the planet and still protects your order beautifully during transit.
