All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable).

We accept secure online payments including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on parcel size (Small, Medium, Large) and delivery zone (e.g., Auckland Metro, Short Haul, Long Haul, Interisland). You can view our full shipping rate breakdown here (link to your shipping policy page).

Shipping costs are added at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

We currently ship within New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched from our Auckland studio between Monday and Wednesday to ensure your plants arrive fresh and healthy.

Size:

• Small: Fits 1 small pot or accessory

• Medium: Fits 2–3 items

• Large: Bulk orders or large accessories

Delivery zone:

• Local Auckland: 1-3 business days

• Short Haul (Incl. Northland and Waikato) 2–4 business days

• Long Haul (Rest of North Island): 3–5 business days

• Interisland: 3–5 business days

Rural addresses may incur additional delivery time and cost Please ensure your address is correctly entered at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or weather conditions.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

We accept returns for:

• Damaged or defective items upon arrival

• Incorrect items received

• Non-living accessories (e.g., pots, tools) in unused condition

Please note: Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be returned within7 days of approval.

• Photos of the plant and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Accessories must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Returned with proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
